Do you know that breakfast and brunch are different? Some people don’t know, but these two delicious times of the day do have a lot of uncommon, but not everything.
To clarify this doubt, The Breakfast o’clock made a list of the 3 biggest differences, check it out:

1) The time to have them it’s not the same
Breakfast is the first meal of the day! Normally, it is eaten in the morning, something like between 6 am to 10am. However, brunch is eaten closer to the afternoon, it is a cross between breakfast and lunch.
2) Brunch it’s a combination between breakfast and lunch
Brunch is a combination of breakfast and lunch usually taken on late mornings. Did you know that? It’s pretty awesome because you can probably have everything you want at brunch time. That’s why people go to a lot of brunch places in Lisbon.
3) Brunches are usually taken on weekends
This happens because people usually sleeps more on weekends after parties, or just because they are tired as a result of the rest of the week. And also, works as an effort of cooking two meals and, more than that, can give you time to do other tasks piled up specially for weekend.
