Take care of yourself is the best recipe for being happy

Eating a lot of breakfast food can be awesome, but the overkill can totally affect your life. Nowadays, a lot of young people are more and more fighting against over-height, body-shaming and anxiety.


Is it our fault that, sometimes, we lose the control of our mouth’s? Sometimes we eat more than “we should” and, sometimes, we talk about other peoples bodies a lot of more than we should. That’s why we, the Breakfast O’clock, need to discuss a little bit about how can we realize that our bodies are not our enemy.


Worrying to much it is not a good thing

Sometimes we need to let it go. Worrying to much about what we are eating make us lose a lot of good moments in life. Eat doesn’t have to be a big deal. Must be a pleasure. Use your meals to be balanced, but don’t forget to enjoy what you eat. Have a good brunch in Lisbon. The most important thing is to be happy.


Your body, your rules

It’s your body, then, it’s your rules. You can do whatever you think it is better for you. Don’t waste to much time listen to what people have to say about your temple. It’s your choice. You are beautiful, anyway.


Healthy it is important, social patters aren’t

Do you know what is not healthy? Social patters and social pressure. A healthy life it’s not only about your body, it’s also, about your mind.

If you are not feeling comfortable with the way you are, doesn’t matter the type of body you have, you are not healthy. It’s important to get help when we realize we are not loving ourselves. Because we really should. Your body it’s not your enemy.

The food is not your enemy, neither your body

The first thing we should have in mind is that food it’s not our enemy. It’s our friend. It’s there to feed us and make us happy. But, eating, shouldn’t be the only happiness that we have in life. We should eat every type of food and make a strong friendship as well with vegetables and fruits. However, we should not only have that in life.


Every kind of body is beautiful

And always remember that: Every kind of body is beautiful. The differences are beautiful. We are all so special and unique. We should not compare ourselves with anybody. Because there is nobody like us. And we are all beautiful.
